In a recent email to shareholders, Lycan CEO Jaggy Gangat announced its next major venture: the establishment and opening of its first-ever EV dealership and showroom this Q4 2025 under a revolutionary joint ownership business model. This bold move not only expands Lycan’s retail presence faster but also offers Filipino investors and entrepreneurs an exclusive opportunity to earn from Lycan’s retail businesses, with up to 60% in total equity offerings, for just a fraction of the cost of an entire franchise.

With the global demand for electric vehicles surging and Philippine governments pushing for widespread EV adoption, Lycan’s "next-gen dealership" will serve as more than just a sales hub as it will be an EV lifestyle experience center that serves customers more efficiently. Combining retail, servicing, battery-swapping technology, and community-driven projects, the dealership is set to redefine how consumers interact with electric motorcycles and with fellow Lycan riders.

This plan is about building an ecosystem that supports the transition to sustainable mobility,” said Jaggy Gangat, CEO of Lycan Motorcycles. “By opening our dealership to Filipino co-owners, we’re creating a network of dedicated partners who share our vision for the future that is scalable, efficient, and sustainable.”

A Community-Empowering Initiative: The Co-Ownership Model

Unlike traditional dealership franchises that require high capital and rigid corporate structures, Lycan’s co-ownership model allows average Filipinos to be part of the business as an incorporator of the retail asset under a new subsidiary corporation. A hybrid of a traditional franchise and a wholly-owned branch, this model ensures that co-owners:

  • Earn a share of dealership profits based on performance and sales,

  • Benefit from Lycan’s brand strength and growing customer base,

  • Gain access to an emerging market with high EV adoption potential,

  • Enjoy the benefits of appreciating company-wide shareholder value, and

  • Secure territorial exclusivity to prevent unnecessary competition among dealers

Succeeding and future showrooms and dealerships within Quezon City will be co-owned by the same partners, allowing them to run and manage several business unit assets. With only a limited number of co-ownership slots available, the opportunity is generating strong interest among investors, industry leaders, and mobility entrepreneurs.

“This business model is an opportunity for more Filipinos to be at the forefront of an EV revolution without the high risks,” said April Gangat, COO of Lycan Motorcycles. “We are offering a stake in a business model that has long-term profitability and environmental and economical impact.”

Building the Future of EV Retail

Beyond its co-ownership model, Lycan’s dealership will be a flagship hub for electric mobility in the Philippines, featuring:

  • A cutting-edge showroom displaying Lycan’s latest EV models.

  • Battery-swapping & fast-charging solutions for customers.

  • Certified servicing, after-sales, & maintenance for long-term reliability.

  • Sustainability-driven operations aligned with global green initiatives.

  • A place where Lycan riders can call it their "third home."

While the official location of Lycan’s first dealership showroom is yet to be disclosed publicly, Gangat said that the business will be located inside one of Quezon City’s premiere malls to capture a wider and more organic foot traffic – a strategy that will be replicated in several other supermalls nationwide in the coming years.

A Call for Partners & Investors; Be Part of Lycan's Business Synergy

As Lycan finalizes the first round of co-owning business partners for the Quezon City territory, the company is preparing for a major public announcement in the coming weeks to begin marketing and raising awareness about its upcoming showroom. Filipinos looking to be part of Lycan’s Quezon City retail owners founding team have until March 21, 2025 to secure their stake on a first-come, first-served basis.

Subscription starts at PHP250,000.
